About me... I'm not much of a writer so I express my ideas best through art. I started out as a self taught artist in 2005, I am now a certified professional makeup artist. I continue to learn and strive to put my best work out there. If you enjoyed my work 4 years ago, you would love my work even more so now because, I always seek to improve. Greatness is never settling.
At a young age of 7, I started creating my own barbie clothes. By the age of 12, I was coloring in magazines trying to create a new makeup look on models. I discovered my first two passions, fashion and beauty. I grew up in a strict household, I was not allowed to wear makeup or adorn myself, so it was always a secret love of mine. I know, go figure???
I went on to study fashion design & merchandising at California State University of Long Beach. When I shopped for fabric, not only did I conjure up designs in my head, I was envisioning what type of makeup would go great with it. It was a great relationship I started and it is what I do best. I am fascinated by faces. When I look at someone's face, I analyze facial features and think, how I can enhance your beauty even more so? I am very easy to work with and a perfectionist. I highly recommend making an appointment for a consultation with me before the big event.
Communication is very important to me, don't be afraid to ask me questions. My goal is to make you look your best! Life is too short to be so serious, you can relax and laugh out loud with me. I am very affable and jovial. I am also a huge hopeless romantic so I love doing bridal makeup. I love fashion, music, art, photography, traveling, and food! Oh, last but not least, I enjoy long walks along the beach and cheesecake caramel apples... I hope this gives you a better idea about me.
